I just turned 30 and I am finally coming to terms with myself.
Life is full of arrhythmias – erratic changes to every step we take. That’s what the past few years have been like. I’ve experimented beautiful, hurtful, wonderful, sad and happy feelings. I’ve dealt with uncertainty, loss and gain. And today, I am ready to accept myself just as I am, with all my ups and downs and the imperfections that set me apart from the rest. I am no longer scared of doing just what I want to do, unapologetically.
For a while, I’ve been dabbling with the idea of opening up a blog to share my experiences and interests with all of you. For the past years, I’ve been sharing my weight loss journey on social media but I wanted to go one step further. Allow me to introduce you all to my new personal project: “Casual Curve”.
On this blog, I am going to continue sharing my healthy weight loss journey and I will also be incorporating topics that really interest me. I will be writing about self-esteem/self-love, weight loss and I might even include a “casual curve” style section.
Let’s get started.
